Dr. Williams has received several recognitions, including the “Key to the City” of Providence, RI, and the title of “Faith Leader of the Year,” along with numerous commendations for his community work. Driven to educate and uplift the community, Dr. Williams is a spiritual advisor and a social change advocate. He began his faith leadership with a nine-person congregation, which has since expanded to hundreds. In 1999, he established the Cathedral of Life Christian Assembly, now known as The King’s Cathedral. He also founded “The Well-Life Project,” intending to create 12 freshwater wells in Zambia. In 2016, he was consecrated a Bishop in the Covenant Fellowship Alliance, taking on additional responsibilities in Africa, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the organization has distributed nearly 250 tons of food, thousands of clothing items, and household goods to those in need.
As the founder and General Overseer of The Global Ambassadors Leadership Network, Dr. Williams oversees 60 congregations across 12 countries, supporting local churches and ministries.
He actively engages in civic activities, serving as chairman of Faith Bible College International (Charleston, Maine) and as a member of the Council on Postsecondary Education for the State of Rhode Island, appointed by three Governors. He has also served on more than 30 local and national boards, focused on community welfare, advocacy, education, and violence prevention.
Dr. Williams’s greatest joy is his wife and business partner, Lelani S. Williams, MBA/MA, and their two adult daughters, Joy Victoria, BS, and Grace Noelle BS, JD.
